Off Peak Speed?

I posted my experience with Globe Visibility in one of the forums I mentioned and it seems that during off peak hours you can get the speed they are advertising as commented by one of the forum members. I also posted it in a Yahoo! Group that I belong to and I got a reply that even using a Speak and Surf they are also having the same problem. The only conclusion you can deduce from this is that Globe Telecoms servers can't accomodate all the subscribers that they currently now have and still they are accepting new clients.

The speed test that I posted here was done on a Sunday morning Manila time. I will try testing it again later and also during weekdays just to verify myself if indeed there congestion within Globe network.
